With a background in Information Technology support at an enterprise level, with formal training from the Apple Developer Academy, and hands-on UX projects for nonprofits and clients, I understand both how systems function and how users feel. I also bring a creative lens through my other work doing freelance photography, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
